As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and engaging content across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Job Description:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with our branding goals. Utilize your expertise in B2B marketing, social media content creation, video/photo editing, and web design to produce high-quality assets for various campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce captivating social media content for LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and strategy

  • Conceptualize and edit short-form videos and visuals for marketing campaigns, showcasing creativity and attention to detail

  • Develop wireframes and mockups for landing pages, campaign assets, and content-driven materials, prioritizing user experience and visual appeal

  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends by continuously improving creative output using generative AI tools

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support data-driven B2B marketing strategies, leveraging analytics and engagement metrics to inform decision-making

  • Support email marketing and campaign design needs, focusing on responsiveness and clarity across devices

  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies, design principles, and AI applications to stay ahead in the field

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B marketing design with a strong portfolio of work

  • Experience in creating wireframes and mockups for landing pages or campaign visuals, emphasizing user-centered design

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), and Canva

  • Familiarity with generative AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, and similar technology

  • Background in working with performance marketing or growth teams, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork

  • Experience optimizing content based on analytics and engagement metrics, showcasing analytical skills
