HIRING: Executive Secretary to the CEO / Personal Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive Secretary to support the CEO in daily operations, manage schedules, arrange meetings, and accompany her to business events when needed. The role includes administrative tasks, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and handling confidential information with professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Office Administration or related field
  • Experience in executive support or administrative roles preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of executive support or administrative experience required
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills
  • Business level English communication proficiency required
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and able to work under pressure
  • Availability to travel as needed to support CEO at meetings and events
