Mañosa & Co., Inc. is seeking a sharp, professional, and highly discreet Executive Assistant to support our CEO. As we settle into our new headquarters in Alabang, we need a partner who can manage the executive office with precision, allowing the CEO to focus on leading our vision.

Unlike a standard administrative role, this position requires a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise. You will be the gatekeeper, the organizer, and the bridge between the CEO, our clients, and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Management & Gatekeeping:

  • Master of the Calendar: Strategically manage the CEO's complex schedule, prioritizing high-value engagements and resolving conflicts proactively.
  • Gatekeeper & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO. Screen calls, emails, and visitors with diplomacy and warmth.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, reserve venues, coordinate high-level client meetings, and take comprehensive minutes when required.

Strategic Operations & Production Liaison:

  • Project Tracking: Act as the bridge between the CEO and the Production/Design teams. Follow up on project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure the CEO is always briefed on project status.
  • Correspondence: Draft, edit, and polish high-level correspondence, proposals, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Travel & Logistics: Manage complex travel itineraries (domestic and international) and logistical arrangements for the CEO.

Office of the CEO:

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information (corporate, personnel, and project-based) with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Lifestyle Management: Assist with occasional personal administrative tasks to maximize the CEO's time efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant to C-Level management, or similar high-level support role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in Architecture, Real Estate, Engineering, or Construction is a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Superior command of the English language (verbal and written). You must be comfortable communicating with high-profile clients and industry leaders.
  • Tech-Savviness: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Docs and online communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Viber, WhatsApp).

Soft Skills:

  • Anticipatory: The ability to solve problems before they reach the CEO.
  • Resilient: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Professionalism: Impeccable grooming and a demeanor that reflects the prestige of the Mañosa brand.

Location: Willing to work on-site at our new Alabang office.
