Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative UI Designer to design visually appealing, intuitive, and user-

friendly interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of visual aesthetics,

attention to detail, and the ability to translate product requirements and user needs into elegant interface

designs that enhance user engagement and brand consistency.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-

quality UI execution across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

. Design clear, engaging, and visually consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

. Translate wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity UI designs and visual prototypes.

. Create and maintain UI components, icons, color schemes, typography, and layout styles.

. Ensure UI design aligns with brand quidelines and product positioning.

. Maintain and update UI design systems and component libraries.

. Collaborate with UX designers to improve overall product usability and visual clarity.

. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

. Conduct visual quality reviews and provide design optimization suggestions.

. Stay updated with current UI design trends, tools, and best practices.

. Support iterative design improvements based on feedback and testing results.

Required Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field.

. 2-5 years of experience in UI design for digital products.

. Strong portfolio demonstrating solid visual design skills and UI thinking.

. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

. Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.

. Experience designing responsive interfaces for different screen sizes.

. Attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment.

. Good communication and teamwork skills.

. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or mobile app design.

. Familiarity with basic front-end knowledge such as HTML and CSS.

. Understanding of design systems and component-based design approaches.

. Knowledge of micro-interactions and basic animation design.

. Experience working in Agile or fast-paced product environments.
