Your role:
  • Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Waste to Resource Hub in Victoria, Laguna and its linkages with DA Philippines' other social business models.
  • Overseeing production, marketing, and sales; conducting training and capacity building sessions for key stakeholders; engaging with local

government units (LGUs), and building strong relationships with community partners.

  • Represent Dana Asia Philippines and its partners, and to work with other social business units to strengthen the linkages between these different initiatives.
  • Drive the sale of the Waste to Resource Hub's eco-building materials. Present the technical aspects of the Hub's products to contractors and
  • Oversee the implementation of waste collection programs and training initiatives; ensure projects run smoothly and meet the partnership's potential clients, highlighting their benefits and applications.
  • Work closely with internal teams and Dana Asia's technical and community partners to achieve organizational goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree from a relevant 4-year program.
  • Proven experience in creating financial reports and ability to understand and explain technical product specifications to a non-technical audience is necessary, preferably with international organisations.
  • Fluent in both English and Filipino required to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Confident and articulate in public settings, capable of delivering engaging presentations and speaking effectively with clients
  • A genuine passion for environmental sustainability and the principles of a circular economy is a must.
  • Must be a resident of Victoria, Laguna or a nearby town; or willing to relocate.
  • Experience with managing demand and supply chains.

  • Salary of around 30, ,000PHP per month, based on experience.
