Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of events, including planning, execution, and post-event activities
  • Oversee F&B (Food and Beverage) arrangements for events
  • Manage event calendars and schedules
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide updates
  • Handle bookings and reservations for venues and vendors
  • Provide administrative support and project management for event-related tasks
  • Utilize Microsoft Suites, Google Workspace, and Asana for event coordination and documentation
  • Support executive assistance, calendar management, email management, CRM management, operations management, and data management as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event coordination and F&B management
  • Strong background in calendar management and client communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites, Google Workspace, and Asana
  • Experience in admin support, project management, and executive assistance
  • Skilled in email management, CRM management, operations management, and data management
  • Must be amenable to work Saturdays to Wednesdays
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Lead Generation and Sales Cold Calling

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls, send targeted emails, and leverage LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers in the multifamily housing industry
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales executives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and advance conversations
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
  • Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, email management, and appointment setting
  • Utilize Microsoft Suites, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoho, and Zoom for daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; personable and confident on the phone and in writing
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales technology
  • Experience with admin support, calendar management, email marketing, and data management
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fully remote environment
  • Positive, persistent attitude and eagerness to learn the locker solutions industry
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suites, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoho, and Zoom
Admin, Lead Generation and Cold Calling

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize email correspondence
  • Generate leads and conduct outbound cold calling
  • Oversee and optimize LinkedIn account management
  • Provide support in marketing and sales administration
  • Set appointments and manage executive calendars
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts and documentation
  • Handle invoicing and basic financial administration
  • Support project management tasks and ensure timely delivery
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM for data entry and management (preferred, not required)
  • Identify and implement automation and workflow efficiency improvements
  • Provide general administrative and executive support
  • Manage files and data using Microsoft Suites and Google Workspace

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or International Studies
  • Proven experience in executive assistance, admin support, and project management
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Suites and Google Workspace
  • Experience with CRM management, preferably Salesforce
  • Background in sales (leads generation, outbound calls) and email marketing
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong data and file management skills
  • Amenable to work in Central European Timezone
  • Experience in automation and workflow efficiency is a plus
Additional Qualification:
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must be comfortable working with time trackers
  • Must have own working equipment (computer: atleast i5 and 8GB Ram, web camera, and noise cancelling headset)
