Qualification: College graduate, with at least 2 to 4 months on- the- job administrative and/ or clerical experience.

Basic Function:

  • Responsible for all administrative and clerical activities in Environment, Safety and Health section, to ensure that all necessary activities, records, permits and documents are updated and properly up kept.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in promoting pollution control within all facilities.
  • Acts as liaison with agencies and other DENR contracts and provides information or inspection as required.
  • Assists in the development, implementation maintenance, and review of hazardous waste management and occupational hygiene.
  • Conduct orientation on sanitation, hygiene and environment.
  • Ensure that the water portability conducted by outsource service provider passed the regulatory requirements.
  • Obtain, update and maintain plans, permits and standard operating procedure relative Environment, Safety and Health.
