Job Summary:

The Spice Mix Clerk is responsible for accurately weighing, batching, and staging raw materials in line with production schedules and product specifications. This role ensures product consistency, safety, and compliance by following strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards.

Note: This will be a fully on-site work at our manufacturing plant located at Laguna International Industrial Park (LIIP), Biñan, Laguna.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Weigh, batch, and prepare raw materials with accuracy, ensuring no production delays or contamination.
  • Verify weighing equipment and maintain accurate daily records of material balances, batch numbers, and lot codes.
  • Properly handle, label, and store materials to prevent lumping, infestation, or spoilage.
  • Maintain cleanliness of batching areas, tools, machines, and storage in compliance with GMP.
  • Conduct routine inspections of machines; report and address any abnormal sounds, leaks, or loose parts.
  • Support inventory management by assisting in stock counts and reporting low or damaged supplies.
  • Ensure documentation and traceability of all materials for QA and audit compliance.
  • Perform other related tasks, including extended work hours when necessary, to support production needs.
