Job Summary:

The Operations Specialist is responsible for managing, inspecting, and supporting daily retail tasks and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations. This includes reviewing reports, researching discrepancies, launching tasks, handling maintenance requests, and communicating with retail team members to make sure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze reports for accuracy
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Launch and track operational tasks
  • Support maintenance requests
  • Communicate with retail teams to confirm completion of daily tasks
  • Ensure issues are addressed promptly and effectively

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or operations support role is preferred, but not required

Soft Skills Required:

  • Clear communicator who asks questions when needed
  • Willing to admit mistakes so that corrective training can be provided
  • Able to work independently and adapt to changes

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Completion of day-to-day retail tasks by stores
  • Support tickets resolved on or before due dates
