About the Role

The Zoho Developer leads the design, development, and optimization of the entire Zoho ecosystem. This role requires deep mastery of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and related applications. The developer is accountable for creating scalable workflows, building custom applications, and ensuring seamless integrations across all systems. This position demands strong technical capability, high analytical judgment, and the ability to own the end-to-end performance of the Zoho environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect, customize, and maintain all Zoho applications including CRM, Creator, Flow, Desk, Projects, Books, and Analytics

• Design and develop custom solutions using Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator components

• Build advanced automation, workflows, blueprints, and business rules that optimize operational efficiency

• Integrate Zoho with third party platforms through APIs, webhooks, and custom middleware

• Conduct technical assessments, troubleshoot system issues, and implement long term solutions

• Lead system optimization initiatives including data structure improvements and process automation upgrades

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Zoho solutions

• Prepare documentation for all configurations, processes, integrations, and custom scripts

• Ensure strict compliance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines and GDPR across all data workflows

• Conduct periodic audits of data accuracy, system performance, and user permissions

• Keep the organization updated on new Zoho features and implement best practices for continuous improvement

• Provide technical leadership in the full life cycle of Zoho implementations, enhancements, and support

Qualifications

• Strong experience building, optimizing, and managing Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and related Zoho applications

• Proven expertise in Deluge scripting and custom application development

• Strong understanding of API integrations and data flow architecture

• Experience leading end-to-end Zoho solution design and implementation

• Strong analytical capability with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex system problems

• Knowledge of database structures, relational data, and system logic

• Familiarity with data security, compliance best practices, and privacy regulations

• Ability to work closely with cross functional teams and translate business requirements into technical outputs

• Strong communication skills with a high level of accountability and ownership mindset

• Experience in a similar role within a fast paced or tech driven environment is preferred
