Your Role:
As a Legal & Compliance Analyst, you will:
  • Assist in the documentation and record-keeping of the Legal and Compliance teams
  • Support audits and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with necessary regulations.
  • Provide operational support for the compliance program, helping to ensure smooth execution of all processes.
  • Provide basic support for the legal team, including reviewing simple NDAs and agreements and providing contract intake support
  • Assist with management of internal legal and compliance tools, including the contract management system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure understanding and compliance with regulations.
What You Need:
  • Strong English and communication skills
  • College degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity or interest in Legal & Compliance, and standards and regulations
  • Strong desire to learn and self starter
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work well within a team, communicate needs, give constructive feedback, jump in when needed
  • Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment independently when required
