Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate, Legal to support our in-house legal team. This role involves assisting with contract review and management, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting risk mitigation efforts, and providing general legal support to the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents including contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
  • Conduct legal research on corporate, employment, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
  • Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and internal policies.
  • Support due diligence and documentation for partnerships, vendor onboarding, or corporate actions.
  • Assist with contract lifecycle management and tracking of obligations and renewals.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on legal matters.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date legal files, templates, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field (Law degree preferred but not required).
  • 3–5 years of legal or paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting.
  • Familiarity with contract law, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
