Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile Cook & Storeperson who can manage kitchen duties, serve customers at our counter, and maintain inventory and storage. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both cooking and interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cooking & Kitchen Duties

  • Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to KATZU standards
  • Assist in daily kitchen prep (meat, vegetables, sauces, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Monitor cooking supplies and report shortages

Take-Away Counter / Customer Service

  • Greet customers and take orders efficiently and politely
  • Serve take-away meals and ensure orders are accurate
  • Handle cash or digital payments accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized counter area

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in cooking preferred
  • Prior Fast food experience is preferred
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate with customers
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
