Position: Scheduler (HVAC Support)

Type: Full-Time | Hybrid/Remote

Location: Makati, Philippines

Overview:

We're looking for a highly organized Scheduler to support HVAC service operations. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating with clients and technicians, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage HVAC service appointments using Housecall Pro (training provided)
  • Communicate with customers and technicians to confirm bookings and updates
  • Prioritize urgent calls and reschedule as needed
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Collaborate with the U.S.-based operations team

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (required)
  • 3–4 years of professional experience, ideally in scheduling, customer service, or a contact center
  • Experience with Housecall Pro or similar scheduling software is a plus
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
