We're a rapidly growing company dedicated to delivering top-tier service to our clients. We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Operations & Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll ensure seamless client communication, efficient job scheduling, and smooth coordination between teams—making sure every client experience is positive and every project is completed on time. You'll play a vital role in maintaining strong client relationships while supporting operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business clients, managing inquiries, updates, and service requests.
  • Coordinate job scheduling and assign the right team members based on client needs and service requirements.
  • Keep clients informed on project progress, promptly communicating any changes or challenges.
  • Manage job documentation, including detailed reports and invoicing, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and dispatch teams to meet service standards and resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and support account management activities.
  • Handle adjustments or additional requirements for jobs, ensuring client approval and smooth execution.
  • Uphold service quality standards, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the process.

Mandatory Skills

  • Previous experience in client services, account management, or scheduling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and job management software.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in dispatch, operations, or B2B client services.
  • Experience with job reporting and invoicing.
  • Comfortable using multiple platforms and adapting to new tools quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ensure client satisfaction under tight deadlines.
