Address guest concerns courteously and ensure overall satisfaction

Maintain a clean and organized reception and dining area

Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and service teams

Follow restaurant policies, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Receptionist or Server (Japanese restaurant experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in handling phone and online bookings
  • Organized, attentive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
