
Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver outstanding service to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet performance goals and service level agreements
Qualifications:
- Must be a High School Graduate (college level/graduate an advantage)
- With at least 1 year BPO experience (voice account preferred)
- Willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
