Night Shift | Hybrid

We are seeking a results-driven and culturally adept HR Lead to support our US-based operations. This role is instrumental in driving key people initiatives, ensuring compliance with global HR standards, and aligning local execution with the strategic direction of the US team. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between our Philippine HR team and the US site, delivering high-impact HR solutions that support talent, performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic HR Partne
    ring – Collaborate with US leaders on people strategies, workforce planning, and succession planning; localize global HR policies
  2. Talent Acquisition & Onboar
    ding – Coordinate with global recruiters to attract talent and deliver seamless virtual onboarding experiences
  3. Performance & Employee Relat
    ions – Support performance reviews, mediate conflicts, and manage ER cases aligned with PH labor laws and US culture
  4. HR Operations & Compli
    ance – Manage records, payroll, benefits, and audits while ensuring compliance with both PH and US policies
  5. Culture & Engage
    ment – Champion DEI, wellness, and engagement programs that reflect US values but suit the Philippine context
  6. Learning & Develop
    ment – Identify training needs, coordinate L&D programs, and lead cultural alignment initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including direct HR business partnering for international or US-based team.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws with exposure to global HR practices
  • Experience in matrixed/shared services environments is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage across cultures and time zones
