Arabic Language Subject Matter Expert

As an Arabic Language Specialist on our GenAI team, you will be joining a truly global team of subject matter experts across a wide variety of disciplines and AI engineers and will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities. This will include:

  • Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve its accuracy, fluency, coherence and/or voice
  • Annotating data to help AI models align with human values
  • Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expertgenerated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models.
  • Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes. Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities.
  • Achieve target KPIs, including daily job count, average handle time per job, and specified production hours

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any four-year course
  • Native speaker of Arabic
  • Must have C1 -level English writing skills
  • Experience as a Writer is preferred, but not a strict requirement
  • Must have a stable internet connection and back-up power source in case of power outages
  • Collaborative and enjoys learning
