Job Description:

  • Enter daily data into Excel spreadsheets for service trucks, including hours billed, supplier checks, and margin tracking.
  • Populate and caption photos for job progress reports and preventative maintenance agreements.
  • Support digital scheduling of jobs as required.
  • Assist with compiling, formatting, and maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports.
  • Provide administrative support for preventative maintenance and service documentation.
  • Assist in creating CAD mark-ups for drawing updates if experienced.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related.
  • Degrees focused on Drafting & CAD is a plus.
  • Experience with Servicem8 or similar service/job management platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, basic reporting).
  • Ability to organize and caption photos into structured reports.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to meet daily deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and documentation.
  • Good written communication skills for clear documentation/reporting.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience with CAD software for drawing mark-ups.
  • Experience in job scheduling or workforce coordination.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance agreements or service industries (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
