JOB SUMMARY:

We're currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team. If you excel in face-to-face interactions, enjoy delivering excellent customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced store environment, this role could be the perfect fit. You'll play a key part in engaging with customers, supporting daily operations, and contributing to overall store performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Greet and assist customers in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products through strong product knowledge
  • Process transactions accurately using our POS system
  • Keep merchandise displays organized, well-stocked, and visually attractive
  • Apply effective selling techniques to help meet both individual and team sales targets
  • Support in-store marketing and contribute to enhancing our online and social media presence
  • Provide responsive after-sales service to promote customer loyalty
  • Share feedback and observations on product trends and store activity
  • Help ensure smooth daily store operations and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new hires as needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or a similar customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook for business engagement
  • Background in online selling or livestreaming is a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and on a flexible schedule
  • Open to assignment at nearby store locations when necessary
  • We're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, dependable, and a strong team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php600.00 per day
