JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our expanding retail team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, interactive setting and is committed to providing memorable shopping experiences. As a Sales Associate, you will connect with customers, guide them to the right products, and contribute to the store's overall performance and growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Greet all customers with a friendly, professional attitude and deliver attentive service throughout their visit
  • Assess customer needs, suggest appropriate products, and ensure a positive and satisfying shopping experience
  • Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system
  • Keep merchandise displays clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Use effective selling strategies to meet personal and team sales targets
  • Participate in store promotions, events, and marketing efforts (including digital and social media activities)
  • Provide timely and courteous support for any customer concerns after purchase
  • Communicate product feedback and customer insights to management
  • Assist with inventory tasks, restocking, and general store maintenance
  • Help guide and support new team members while contributing to a collaborative, positive work environment

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar field
  • Strong communication and people skills with a genuine desire to assist customers
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comfortable using social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram for engagement or marketing
  • Experience with online or live selling is an advantage

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to travel or support nearby store locations as needed
  • Reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic team player with a proactive mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php600.00 per day
