Job Summary

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining business opportunities to drive company growth. This role involves market research, client relationship management, proposal development, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve revenue targets. The position is full-time, based in our Davao office, and eligible for regularization after 3–6 months.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Client Acquisition

  • Identify potential clients and market opportunities for company.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Initiate contact with potential leads via calls, emails, networking events, and meetings.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for service delivery.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Prepare market intelligence reports to guide strategic decisions.

Proposal & Contract Management

  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company policies.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.

Experience

  • At least 3-5 years experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in related industry).
  • Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong networking skills and knowledge of the Davao business landscape.
  • Willingness to travel within Davao Region and nearby provinces.

Other Requirements

  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Dasmarinas, Cavite
  • Possesses a valid driver's license (preferred).

Work Setup

  • Location: Dasmarinas, Cavitey (on-site reporting required)
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends for events/client meetings)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
