The Store Team Leader oversees day-to-day operations of the gadget and electronics store, ensures excellent customer service, and leads the sales team toward achieving sales goals. This role carries responsibility for staff supervision, store performance, inventory management, and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Leadership

  • Supervise daily store activities and ensure smooth operations
  • Lead, coach, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance and feedback
  • Assist with scheduling, shift assignments, and attendance monitoring
  • Ensure store policies and standards are consistently followed

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Drive sales performance and help the team meet monthly targets
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and recommend suitable gadgets
  • Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
  • Promote upselling, cross-selling, and product knowledge within the team

Inventory & Merchandising

  • Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for incoming and outgoing stocks
  • Ensure proper display of gadgets, accessories, and promotional items
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
  • Support the Store Manager in administrative tasks
  • Oversee cashiering accuracy and ensure proper POS procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards

Qualifications

  • College Graduate (preferred) or at least 2 years of college
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in retail, electronics, or store supervision
  • Strong knowledge or interest in gadgets, mobile devices, laptops, and accessories
  • Experience in leading teams or supervising staff
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
  • Strong sales orientation; able to coach others in selling and customer service
  • Organized, reliable, and capable of handling operational tasks
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
