People & Culture Manager

Objectives:
The role is responsible for implementing programs that attract, retain, and engage employees while aligning organizational development with business needs and modern People & Culture practices. It serves as a strategic partner, driving policy improvement and supporting a hybrid workforce to meet corporate, legal, and operational standards. The role also provides expert advice to management, collaborates with People & Culture Shared Services, and promotes a cohesive regional team culture.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure People & Culture services align with Ivoclar's business objectives, values, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with Head of P&C Shared Services.
- Support personnel planning, budgeting, recruitment, and new employee onboarding.
- Manage local HR processes including social security, time, travel, and compensation policies aligned with group standards.
- Oversee personnel development, training, talent management, succession planning, and employee consultations on labor and social security matters.
- Facilitate internal communication, change management, and employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinate with payroll for compliant processing and manage employee release per legal and corporate guidelines.
- Represent Ivoclar with authorities, external associations, and HR forums.
- Collect and report People & Culture key data; implement management tools and processes as per Global People & Culture.
- Act as Power User for HXM systems and advise regional leadership on business alignment.
- Lead and develop the local People & Culture team, supporting line managers and fostering corporate values.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in HR, organizational psychology, personnel management, or related field, or equivalent HR experience.
- Minimum 15 years in HR management, preferably within international organizations.
- Extensive experience in recruitment and onboarding of local and international employees, including agency collaboration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international labor laws.
- Proven expertise in personnel and organizational development.
- Skilled in matrix management and change leadership.
- Experienced in designing and executing HR projects.
- Proficient in English (C1 level).
- Familiar with surveys, statistics, workshop facilitation, and training delivery.
- Advanced MS Office skills; knowledge of SAP-HR, SuccessFactors, or Workday preferred.
- Strong business acumen.
- Experience in Outsourcing Services HR advantageous.
