About the Role

The Accounting Associate is responsible for keeping our finances accurate, organized, and running smoothly. He/she will help record daily transactions, prepare reports, and ensure that all activities follow company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Monitor accounts payable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
  • Maintain organized and complete financial documents.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments for budget requests and expense liquidations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Accounting Executive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organized, with good time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Location: Primarily Work-from-Home (with occasional office/field visits as required)

Work Schedule: Mon - Sat, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
