Paystreams is a boutique payment processing company based in the United States. The company is looking for an experienced Accounting Associate to join its Finance team at its Philippine counterpart, M and S BPO Services. This full-time role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's accounting and reporting processes.

Job Description:

  • Accounting Associate is responsible for the full-charge monthly close of their respective companies.
  • Daily task will be to import and properly code all bank transactions, reconcile the bank account, merchant account deposits and update our custom excel reporting for our clients.
  • You will be responsible for the adjusting journal entries for the month end close and produce financials for the parent company's financials.
  • Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related field.
  • 2-5 years relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills is a MUST - working knowledge of pivot tables, vlookup, ifstatements, indirect and match.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Quickbooks and Xero
  • Professional and mature
  • Able to prioritize projects as need and manage your time well.

Work Schedule:

  • 8 Hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night Shift l 9:00 PM-6:00 AM PH Time
