As SALES AND MARKETING STAFF, you will support the Sales and Marketing Manager in implementing strategies to drive revenue and enhance the hotel's brand. You will assist with various marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content for social media, website, and other marketing materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Assist in managing the hotel's CRM system and maintaining accurate customer data.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of hotel events, such as conferences, and promotional events.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and report preparation.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing the hotel's social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
  • Website Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the hotel's website, including updating content and ensuring accuracy.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
