Position: RESERVATIONS ASSOCIATE

Work Location: UPad Taft, 912 P. Ocampo St., Malate, Manila, 1004, Metro Manila

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8AM-5PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles all dormitory and transient room reservations.
  • Receives and processes all incoming reservation inquiries via telephone, email, mobile, chat, social media platforms (Facebook), internal requests, and online booking platforms.
  • Ensures that all reservations are accurately and properly encoded in the system.
  • Processes all requests related to room reservations, including changes, confirmations, and cancellations.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, and patrons to encourage repeat bookings.
  • Supports and contributes to company revenue by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings and fostering repeat clients.
  • Reports to the Sales Head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, HRM, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Able to adapt to different guest needs and handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; confident in engaging with clients across multiple platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple reservations accurately.
  • Willing to learn reservation systems, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
