Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Associate, located in Manila. A reservations supervisor oversees daily operations of the reservations department to ensure efficient booking processes, accurate information, exceptional customer service, and revenue optimization. This role coordinates with front office, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and maximize occupancy or service utilization.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with reservation software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Knowledge of yield management and revenue optimization principles (preferred).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
