Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive customer engagement across all restaurant brands.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content creation in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Plan and execute promotions, events, and campaigns (online and on-ground) aligned with business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI on campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategy.
  • Lead the marketing team and coordinate with operations, culinary, and management departments.
  • Manage partnerships, PR, influencers, and community engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • A genuine love for food and customer experience
