Jr. Visual Content Designer

The brave Jr. Visual Content Designer (AI) is responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various digital marketing materials, with or without the aid of AI. They play a crucial role in ensuring that visual elements align with the company's brand identity and effectively communicate messages to target audiences.

The role stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, AI- related tools and technologies, and best practices and is able to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving overall performance as well as growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.) Design Creation

• Develop visually compelling graphics for various digital marketing materials including social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and more.
• Ensure that designs are in line with brand guidelines and effectively convey the intended message.
• Demonstrate the ability to incorporate AI capabilities if needed or as directed.

2.) Collaborative Design Process

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, content creators, and marketing strategists, to conceptualize and execute design projects.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
• Knowledge sharing of best practices in creative outputs and processes (Inclusion of AI practices is a plus but not required).

3.) Stay Updated with Design Trends

• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, technologies, and AI tools to maintain a fresh and current design approach.
• Apply innovative design concepts to enhance the visual impact of marketing materials.

4.) Asset Management

• Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including images, icons, and templates, for easy access by the team.

5.) Client and Stakeholder Communication

• Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their design needs and objectives.
• Present design concepts and provide updates on project progress as needed.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Has Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Has a strong understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
• Is proficient in creating and editing images, illustrations, and other visual elements to produce visually appealing and user-friendly designs for digital platforms while utilizing AI tools to maximize creative outputs.
• Is expected to be able to share best practices, with or without AI implementation, in creative outputs and processes.
• Is Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and accuracy.
• Has Effective negotiation skills and resource management.
• Is excellent in project management and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and managing multiple projects and tasks effectively.
• Has excellent and effective communication skills with experience in presenting thoughts, ideas, data, and design concepts.
• Demonstrates emotional intelligence with the ability to empathize, listen actively, and build strong relationships and be customer centric.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-year college degree preferably in Advertising, Communication Arts, Journalism, Creative Writing, Literature, or any related course.
• Must pass the NuWorks Art Test.
• Experience in using one of the following AI tools is preferred but not required: Ideogram, Photoshop GenAI, Lenso, Leonardo and the likes.
• Certifications on AI Tools are a plus but not required.
