KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a
Junior Multimedia Designer
with a passion for creativity and a strong desire to grow their technical skill set. In this role, you will support the creation of visually engaging multimedia assets, including video content, animations, and digital materials that align with project briefs and campaign objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to apply their design knowledge, explore new tools and techniques, and contribute to producing high-quality visual outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute visual design projects from concept development to final delivery.
  • Produce and edit video content, including basic storyboarding and audio integration.
  • Create simple animations and motion graphics for use on various platforms.
  • Support the production of multimedia content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative solutions aligned with project goals.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve creative output.

Job Requirements

  • Portfolio showcasing multimedia, web, or graphic design work (academic or professional).
  • Basic knowledge of web, graphic, and print design processes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), as well as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and openness to learning from feedback.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and deliver on deadlines.
