The Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our marketing team. This role will

support the development and execution of high-quality visual assets for our healthcare brands across the

region. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, a keen eye for brand consistency, and the ability to

work across multiple markets and cultural contexts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Create visually appealing and engaging graphics, images, and videos tailored to the various social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Develop marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines for both local and regional use.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, adapting designs for cultural and market specific needs.
  • Stay abreast of the latest design trends, social media algorithms, and industry best practices to keep our content fresh and effective.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters and other team members, ensuring a unified storytelling approach through visuals.
  • Transform complex statistics and information into easily digestible visuals for our audience.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally in multi-brand environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of design for social media and print production.
  • Experience in creating short social videos is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional and multicultural teams.
  • Demonstrated creativity and the ability to think innovatively to create visually compelling content.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing social media and print design work.

Additional details:

  • Permanent and direct-hire engagement
  • This is a Philippines-based hybrid role (half onsite, half remote) supporting the Singapore marketing team.
  • Dayshift; Monday to Friday
  • Ortigas Center, Pasig office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
