We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA Analyst to join our team. The QA Analyst will be responsible for evaluating software applications, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in software testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities::

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on software applications.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and suggest improvements to enhance software quality.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning.
  • Perform automated and manual testing as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry testing standards.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of automated and manual testing techniques.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications::

  • ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience in performance and security testing.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
