Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated QA Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will focus on QA testing, with a strong emphasis on release and regression testing. This position is instrumental in maintaining the high quality standards of our services, promoting excellence throughout our product suite.

QA testing of individual tickets as needed but primarily focused on release testing and regression testing. The bulk of this work would be manual but someone with automation experience would be nice to have.

This person needs to show a drive to completing work and be willing to support their projects.

What you will be doing

  • Perform QA testing on individual tickets, with a primary focus on release and regression testing.
  • Execute manual testing with an opportunity to contribute to automation testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects effectively.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in QA Manual Testing.
  • Experienced in executing Regression Testing.
  • Competent in using Postman for testing purposes.
  • Demonstrated ability as a QA Analyst, with a track record of successful project outcomes.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a tech-centric managed service environment is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in QA or software testing would be beneficial
