We're Hiring: QA/QC Billing Analyst

(Construction Industry – Vertical Projects)

Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for accuracy? We are looking for a QA/QC Billing Analyst who will play a crucial role in ensuring the correctness and integrity of subcontractor billings in our vertical construction projects.

Core Functions & Responsibilities

As a QA/QC Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Checking, validating, and confirming the accuracy of subcontractor billings.
  • Ensuring proper alignment of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Materials (BOM), Measurements, and Targets with actual outputs.
  • Monitoring weekly, daily, and monthly performance outputs against project targets.
  • Coordinating with Project Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Site Teams to ensure billing compliance.
  • Supporting financial accuracy and transparency through strict QA/QC standards in all billing processes.

Qualifications
  • Engineering Graduate (Civil Engineering or related discipline).
  • Proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in Vertical Construction Projects.
  • Familiarity with project documentation, BOQ, BOM, and billing cycles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, project monitoring tools, and documentation systems.
