Keyrus is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Supply Chain Planning & Systems Expert
to play a pivotal role in delivering supply chain transformation projects. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in supply chain, you will drive innovation by designing and implementing cutting-edge enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions for global clients. This role also involves advising supply chain leaders and ensuring best practices in supply chain management.

Who You Are

• Extensive experience in supply chain: Minimum of 3-4 years of supply chain planning experience either in a business or consulting capacity. Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and tools such as demand forecasting, supply planning, MRP, capacity planning, or S&OP.
• Technical & system knowledge: Hands-on experience with supply chain planning platforms such as Anaplan, Blue Yonder, O9, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis, etc.
• Analytical and strategic mindset: Ability to translate complex supply chain planning requirements into a scalable solution framework & technology solutions.
• Client engagement skills: Strong ability to advise and present solutions to supply chain executives and stakeholders.
• Leadership & collaboration: Proven ability to lead teams and manage enterprise-scale supply chain transformation projects, collaborate with team experts, resources and stakeholders.
• Technical acumen: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with supply chain planning tools.

Preferred Skills

• Anaplan Solution Architect certification is a strong advantage.
• Experience integrating Anaplan with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning tools.
• Certification advantages: An active ASCM certification (CPIM, CTL, CPM, CIRM, CPSM, CFPIM, CLTD, or SCOR-P) designation is a plus, advanced certifications or degrees in supply chain or related fields are an advantage.

What You Will Do

• Architect and implement supply chain solutions: Design and deploy supply chain planning solutions including but not limited to demand forecast, inventory management, supply planning, etc. tailored to client needs.
• Serve as Lead supply chain expert for transformation projects: Help manage & support end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution, client satisfaction.
• Ensure optimization and best practices: Apply your supply chain acumen, and industry best practices to supply chain system implementations to keep your solution optimized, lean and efficient.
• Drive innovation and continuous learning: Stay ahead of emerging trends in supply chain management.
• Advise clients and support pre-sales: Partner with supply chain executives to define business requirements and demonstrate EPM solutions' value.
• Mentor and guide teams: Foster a collaborative environment, sharing expertise to develop junior consultants and team members.
