Supply Chain Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics and optimize processes in our warehouse, storage, and delivery operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Deliver key performance metrics in supply chain management with a focus on continuous availability of supply and best-managed processes for warehousing and distribution.
  • Expertise/Key Tasks: Adapt to established processes, meet quality and regulatory standards, and maintain good warehousing practices. Collaborate with the customer service team and demand team to achieve targeted supply chain objectives.
  • Manage third-party logistics (3PL) performance, repacker, and address gaps adding unnecessary costs along the chain.
  • Maintain a balance between cost management and customer service excellence.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain-Logistics, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain-related functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain in a healthcare FMCG environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP software.
