Global Accounting Assistant Manager

This role is designed for an experienced accounting professional with strong leadership skills who can ensure operational excellence, financial accuracy, and team performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of accountants, enforcing internal controls, and driving continuous process improvements to achieve departmental goals and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

Supervise a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy and timely output.

Provide coaching and feedback to drive performance and accountability.

Accounting Operations & Control

Review and approve key transactions, reports, and reconciliations.

Maintain internal controls and support month-end and audit processes.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Review financial statements and analyze results for improvements.

Prepare accurate reports to support management decisions.

Process Improvement & Compliance

Streamline and standardize accounting processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–6 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Must have proven experience managing accounting operations and teams in a multinational or shared service environment.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and influence effectively.

Must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
