About the role

As the Parts Custodian at ROYALE MOTO CLUB', you will be responsible for the efficient management and control of the company's inventory of parts, components and tools. This full-time role is based in South Caloocan Metro Manila and plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and continuous operation of the manufacturing plant.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of parts, components and tools to production and maintenance teams
  2. Conducting regular stock takes and maintaining accurate inventory records
  3. Identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues with inventory levels
  4. Ordering and procuring parts and components as needed to meet production demands
  5. Maintaining the parts storage and warehousing area in a clean, organised and safe condition
  6. Assisting with the implementation of inventory management systems and procedures
  7. Providing support and guidance to production staff on parts availability and requisition processes

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a parts custodian or inventory management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  2. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, including stock control, ordering, and warehousing
  3. Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills with the ability to maintain accurate inventory data
  4. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve inventory-related issues
  5. Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with production teams
  7. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to ensuring the availability of parts and components
