DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Vehicle Maintenance / Repair

2. Receives and processes requests or complaints for vehicle repair or maintenance.

3. Endorse vehicles for repair or maintenance after making diagnostic validation.
4. Inspect quality and ensure correctness of work done on serviced vehicle before returning it to the driver or user.
5. Monitor status and progress of vehicle undergoing repair or maintenance.
6. Maintain a monitoring system for all requests and complaints received for vehicle repair and maintenance concerns.

7. Conduct periodic inspection of company issued vehicles and report any issues that require attention.

8. Vehicle Registration

9. Process monthly registration of company vehicles.

10. Maintain a monitoring system for all registration activities for company vehicles.
11. Coordinate with LTO and/or other local government agencies for vehicle registration concerns.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of ANY Bachelor's Degree
• With Driver's License
• With technical experience
• Knowledgeable with car parts, registration, maintenance and repair, experience with logistics and/or dispatching services, computer literate, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, managerial and operations mgmt skills, experienced with handling and operating different kinds of vehicles (sedan, SUV, utility van, truck, etc)
