· Ensure accurate receiving of equipment (must write down lacking parts, manual or damaged unit), handling, issuance, storage and safekeeping of all existing and incoming equipment;

· See to it that all equipment coming in and out of showroom is properly documented;

· Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves for display;

· Perform monthly physical inventory together with the Showroom Custodian;

· Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in showroom and in stock room or other areas, Clean and maintain the display items in order to ensure compliance in the standard operating procedure;

· Notify the Showroom Custodian if the items on display is running out or has been sold;

· Keep records on the use / or damage parts of equipment or stock;

· Examine and inspect all items for wear or defects and report any damage to the Showroom Custodian;

· Recommend disposal or pull out of excess, defective, or obsolete items;

· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom;

· Provide assistance to all walk-in clients and offer some drinks and answer phone queries;

· Prepare all items subject for pick up by client;

· Make sure that all areas in showroom have display;

· Deliver small items intended for the client;

· Pickup or deliver items or documents from other showroom or head office;

· Process collection from client as needed;
