Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.
  • Engage in light, positive conversation to make clients feel at ease.
  • Offer refreshments, reading materials, or other amenities to keep clients comfortable while waiting.
  • Listen attentively to client needs and promptly address their requests.
  • Coordinate with service staff to ensure client requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a calm and composed demeanor even in busy or high-pressure situations.
  • Build rapport with clients from all walks of life without being intimidating.
  • Uphold the brand's premium yet approachable image at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Pleasant, approachable, and confident personality.
  • Ability to engage in conversation with diverse clients, regardless of background or status.
  • Strong composure under pressure and ability to multitask.
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
