- Permanent Work-from-Home
- Guaranteed pay increase upon regularization and yearly increase

- Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
- HMO and leave credits after one year
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage incoming documents such as bills and invoices
- File Maintenance and Data Entry into Excel and upload it to the company's database
- Sort through disorganized files to identify assets and missing information
- Organize data into categories and conduct further research as needed
- Reconcile and post entries into accounting software
- Check all documentation and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare Aging of Accounts and generate reports
- Communicate daily via video call or email with interdepartmental members
- Assist with new projects where applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Three (3) years or more of general accounting experience
- Proficiency in at least two different accounting software programs
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Processes, and General Ledger
- Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
- Research and analytical Skills
