  • Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping for multiple clients, including daily transactions, reconciliations, and periodic adjustments
  • Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.)
  • Create and analyze financial reports, including cash flow, budgets, variance analysis, and Aging of Accounts
  • Record general accounting activities such as accruals, amortization, payroll, and reserves
  • Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
  • Answer client calls and provide professional assistance (no collection activity involved)
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized files

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Three (3) years or more of general accounting experience
  • Experience preparing and analyzing Financial Statements (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, etc.)
  • Strong technical accounting foundations
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with lookups and pivot tables
  • Strong organizational, commercial, and business awareness, analytical and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Must have good internet and a quiet work area at home
