
Sales Executive

We're looking for keen and creative sales engineer/executive who will be responsible for acquiring new clients, customers, and advertise our products and services that will create leads and sales opportunities. This will involve promotions and other activities such as preparations and submission of compliance requirements associated with accreditation, pre-qualification, bids, proposals to potential clients and collaboration with cross-functional sales team/department.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Identify and research potential clients in the construction industry including contractors, developers and construction companies.
2. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
3. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape and potential growth opportunities.
4. Initiate and nurture relationships with key customers/key decision makers.
5. Collaborate with SEO/SEM and BCI Central marketing and lead generation partners.
6. Communicate the value proposition of product's highlighting its technical features and benefits.
7. Conduct on-site visits to construction projects providing solution and addressing technical queries.
8. Managing sales inquiries
9. Negotiate Contracts
10.Achieving sales target.
11.Conduct product presentation and demos.
12.Collaborate with sales manager/marketing team to develop effective strategies.
13.Reports directly to the Sales Manager.
14.Prepare weekly sales activity report, monthly forecast and BPP.
Candidate Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Construction Management or any relevant field
2. Track record of success in B2B sales, experienced within the construction equipment or related industry.
3. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
4. Self-motivated and target driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
