The Assistant Surveyor/ Assistant Line and Grade is responsible in providing assistance and monitoring on survey activities, preparation and submission of reports.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Assist for establishing horizontal & vertical control points, lay-out of gridlines and reference elevation.

  1. Lay-out of excavation line and monitoring of elevation.

  2. Assist for establishing horizontal & vertical reference point for every floors of the bldg.

  3. Lay-out of location of columns, core wall, bearing walls, PC walls and beams. (before & after pouring)

  4. Monitoring and checking of elevation of slabs, plumbness of columns, core walls, bearing walls and PC walls. (before & after pouring)

  5. As-built survey of columns, core walls, bearing walls, pre-cast walls and elevation of slab.

  6. Prepare as-built survey data and report.

  7. Establish reference line and elevation for tile lay-out for units, T & B, and hallways and center line of doors and windows. (for finishing works)

  8. Ensure that all survey lay-outs conform as shown on the construction plan.

Prepares and submit necessary document/reports required by the survey Supervisor/ Engineer.
