Role Overview

The
Head of Asset Management
is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Mober's growing portfolio of electric logistics assets—including
EV trucks, chargers, warehouses, and equipment
. This role combines financial acumen, operational discipline, and strategic foresight to maximize asset performance and support Mober's green logistics mission.

The position demands cross-functional leadership across operations, finance, and sustainability to ensure that Mober's assets deliver both
maximum uptime and long-term value
, in alignment with the company's sustainability and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of EV logistics assets — including trucks, chargers, warehouses, and supporting equipment.
  • Oversee the complete asset lifecycle:
    procurement, deployment, utilization, maintenance, and disposal
    .
  • Implement
    preventive maintenance programs
    to ensure maximum uptime and performance of EVs and charging stations.
  • Drive
    process and system improvements
    through digital asset tracking, data analytics, and automation.
  • Evaluate and manage vendor partnerships related to EVs, charging infrastructure, and maintenance services.
  • Ensure full
    compliance with transport, safety, and environmental regulations
    .
  • Conduct
    financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
    to optimize asset ROI and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop
    strategic investment and expansion plans
    aligned with Mober's sustainability goals.
  • Provide strong leadership to promote accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the asset management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in
    Electrical Engineering
    ,
    Finance
    ,
    Business Administration
    ,
    Economics
    , or a related field (Licensed Electrical Engineer and/or Master's degree preferred).
  • At least
    10+ years of experience
    in
    logistics, transport, or asset management
    , ideally within the
    EV, automotive, or green energy sectors
    .
  • Proven track record in
    managing large-scale operational assets
    and
    maintenance programs
    .
  • Strong
    analytical skills
    and the ability to translate data insights into strategic decisions.
  • Expertise in
    budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
    .
  • Experience in
    portfolio management and investment optimization
    .
  • Excellent
    leadership, communication, and problem-solving
    skills.
  • Strong alignment with
    sustainability principles
    and passion for green logistics innovation.
