About the role

This is a full-time Fixed Assets Assistant role at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc.' in Metro Manila. As a Fixed Assets Assistant, you will play a crucial part in the company's accounting and financial operations, with a focus on managing the organisation's fixed assets.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining and updating the fixed assets register, ensuring accurate records of all company-owned assets
  • Conducting regular physical counts and reconciliations of fixed assets
  • Calculating and processing depreciation for fixed assets according to company policy
  • Assisting with the procurement and disposal of fixed assets
  • Preparing reports and providing information to support financial audits and management decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective management of fixed assets
  • Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations

What we're looking for

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a fixed assets management or accounting support role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, particularly related to fixed assets
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
